According to the role of the General Authority for Supply Commodities towards its clients, and within the framework of its keenness to facilitate procedures for them to receive, investigate and respond to their complaints or inquiries, two telephone lines have been allocated, as follows:
- 220544866 - 220544844, to receive all complaints and inquiries from clients of the Authority related to the Authority's work, from 10 am to 1 pm during official working hours, provided that the complaint is investigated with the relevant department and responded to immediately after it is resolved.
